General Program
Saturdays 9 am to 1 pm
Program Participants
All ages welcome.
Registration of new participants: from 9 am to 9:30 am. The program operates from 9:30 am to 1 pm.
Forget what you know about therapies: here it is hidden in activities full of fun, joy, love, art, with the program participants. Depending on age and weight, medical recommendations and availability of staff, we also run horse therapy, water therapy, stretching and physiotherapy whenever possible.
Parents
A separate program caters for parents and relatives. Sessions of encouragement and the sharing of experiences. Also, invited guests present and give lectures on many topics. From nutrition information to brain development; from documentation and migratory issues to meditation and reflection, massage and hair dressers: we have had all sorts of professionals coming to support parents in their daily life.
Volunteers
Volunteers are welcome at 9 am. They are trained half an hour every Saturday.
We issue Community Service hour certificates if you request it..
For University students, we have service training agreements with four universities.
We agree on a field assignment with you at the start, and we grade it when you complete your service hours.

Skills Development Program
Mondays through Fridays, 9 am to 3 pm
Participants
For those sixteen years of age and above.
Monday through Friday, 9 am to 3 pm
Saturdays, 9:30 to 1 pm
This program is perfect for your son or daughter who finished high-school, and is at home with little to do.In this program they thrive, develop skills and relationships, learn to manage their behavior.
While therapeutic, its therapies are all hidden in the care for the animals and the concern of each participant for the other.
We agree on a program for your child adapted to his or her condition and development possibilities.
The cost of the program for your son or daughter can be covered by your insurance or with public funds. If you lack access to such budgets, write to us (see contact).
Volunteers
You are welcome to volunteer Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 3 pm. In service training provided. A favorite with University students. You engage with participants with many different conditions.
La Ventana Program activities
Horse based activities
The equine, horse based, activities, have proven positive effects on children with special abilities. They learn to follow instructions when grooming, walking with or guiding the horse.
Horse therapy is provided at a highly subsidized price (around 35 USD on Saturdays, 40 USD on weekdays).
The group sessions on Saturdays can be complemented with individual sessions during weekdays.
In almost all cases, the parents note improvements, in the majority of cases, significant improvements in the development of their child. Register your child in the program on a Saturday at 9 am and bring a prescription from your child's physician recommending horse therapy.
Music
We use techniques that gradually makes it possible for autistic children to participate. They normally react at noise, but we engage with them to help them overcome this reaction. This helps them live through in their daily life noises without reverting into crisis.

Zoo Program!
For our older youth, 16-18 and above, we have the Zoo Program, which meets on Tuesdays and Wednesdays between 8 am and 2 pm and on Saturdays between 9:30am and 1 pm. We have the goal of helping them reach greater autonomy in their daily lives, within the possibilities of their condition. They produce beautiful products which we sell. If you would like your daughter or son to join, registration is open any Saturday between 9 am and 9:30 am. Text us your name and email to 305-3327259 to request the registration form. Welcome!
Fun-practice and art
Being in the middle of nature, in an atmosphere of freedom, joy, love, relaxes the children and they enjoy it. In Art, they develop their creativity, playing with colors, forms and shapes. We use often use nature in the art participants create.
Zoo-interaction between the children and the animals
We call zoo-interaction the engagement of our children and youth with the animals in our farm. They establish a relationship, and for instance, those with sensorial oversensitivity, gradually overcome their fear as they feel, touch and smell the animals in a natural way. They learn to respect and care for others. As the animals do not discriminate against them, they receive their love and feel secure. They also care for and grow plants in the greenhouse.
Today the farm counts with hens, ducks, geese, peacocks, donkeys, horses, guinea pigs, llamas, sheep, cows, a bull, pigs, Labrador dogs and many more animals.
Field trips that transform!
When you come to La Ventana de los Cielos, you are not just seeing and learning about animals. It teaches you so much more, and in an atmosphere of peace. For this reason we believe La Ventana is the ideal destination for educational field trips with a twist: your perspective changes when you learn to relate with persons with special abilities.
We have a series of field visit packages below.
School and pre-school packages
We receive up to 150 students at a time. From two years of age and up. A very educational environment learning with and from animals and nature; at times engaging with persons with special abilities who look after and walk the animals.
1. USD 200: Up to 15 children/students. Ten dollars for each additional child/student.
2. Teachers: free.
3. Family members accompanying: Ten dollars each.
4. Fifty dollars deposit to reserve the date.

Birthday packages
Celebrate the birthday of your child at La Ventana de los Cielos, enjoying the animals, the water, nature!
A memorable experience for your child, her or his friends, and yours as well!
1. USD 400 for up to 40 guests
2. USD 600 for up to 80 guests
3. Extras: USD 100 for guided and fun activities for the children with the animals in the farm (up to 40 children).
4. Amenities include a lazy river where children and adults can bathe and have fun, under the supervision of their parents.
Wedding packages
Choose a wedding in nature, rather than cement floors and walls!
Choose your favorite spot for the wedding in the ten acre farm.
The Wedding Chapel can seat 45 and some 30 more standing on the sides.
Air conditioned classrooms can be used for food, for the bride and family to change clothes, for elderly to rest, and other uses.
1. USD 600 up to 60 guests
2. USD 1000 up to 100 guests
3. Above 100 guests, through special agreements.
Church and business retreat packages
1. Half-day retreats: Minimum 100 USD; up to ten participants. USD 10 for each additional participant
2. Full day retreats: Minimum 200 USD; up to twenty participants. USD 20 per additional participant
3. Overnight stays: An additional USD 10 per participant I tents; USD 15 in air-conditioned classrooms. Maximum thirty.
Amenities: showers are available, as well as lazy river and pool.
